Welcome to RWA Sharjah
I am delighted to join Raffles World Academy Sharjah as the Founding Head of Primary and to be part of building a school community rooted in strong relationships, high expectations and a shared commitment to excellence.
With over a decade of leadership experience across international schools in the UAE and the UK, I am deeply passionate about creating learning environments where children feel safe, inspired and empowered to succeed. Most recently, I served as Vice Principal and Head of Elementary in Sharjah, where I was proud to be part of the leadership team that guided the school to achieving a Very Good rating in its first SPEA inspection, an important milestone for a newly established school.
Throughout my career, my focus has been on strengthening teaching and learning, coaching and supporting educators, and ensuring that every child is both challenged and nurtured to reach their full potential. I firmly believe that when children feel valued, supported and inspired, they develop the confidence, independence and resilience needed to truly thrive.
